BAN OF BIKE IN LAGOS STATE Onyebuchi Odianjo The motorcycle popularly known as Okada in Nigeria has been banned from operation in Lagos state. In some parts of the city such as the Surulere axis, some members of the Lagos State Task Force on Enforcement of Road Traffic Laws were spotted seizing bikes and arresting its owners. Some members of the public had some reservations about the event as it posed some challenges.
